Roat Pkz ("Roat Pkz," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Roat Pkz website, game and account services, shop, support systems, and the Roat Pkz Assistant Discord Bot (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we use it, how it may be shared and retained, and how users can request access, correction, or deletion.

Discord, payment providers, and other third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

1. Information We Process

Website and technical information

• IP address, browser type and version, device and operating-system information, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, and diagnostic or security logs.
• Cookies, session identifiers, preferences, and similar technologies used to operate, secure, and understand use of the website.

Roat Pkz account and game information

• Account identifiers, usernames, email address or other contact information a user provides, account status, game progress, rankings, and related activity.
• Support requests, reports, moderation records, punishments, security events, and communications with staff.

Shop and transaction information

• Roat Pkz username, cart and order identifiers, products, transaction amount, currency, payment method, payment status, delivery status, and fraud-prevention records.
• Billing or payment information provided to a payment processor. Full payment-card details are generally handled by the applicable payment provider rather than stored directly by Roat Pkz.
• Payment-proof images or other transaction information voluntarily submitted through a support or donation ticket.

Discord account and server information

When the Roat Pkz Assistant Discord Bot is present in a server or a user interacts with it, the Bot may process:

• Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, account creation time, server membership, roles, and permissions.
• Join, leave, kick, ban, moderation, and related Discord audit-log information.
• Online status, activities, and custom status when Discord Presence access is enabled.
• The Roat Pkz in-game username a user chooses to link, the associated Discord account, link creation time, and temporary verification information. Verification codes normally expire after approximately three minutes.
• Slash commands, buttons, modal submissions, reactions, mentions, giveaway participation, eligibility, winners, rewards, claim status, and delivery records.

Discord support and donation-ticket information

In designated support or donation-ticket channels, the Bot may process message content, mentions, embeds, attachments, message links, usernames, cart identifiers, payment method, transaction amount, and payment-review result. The Bot may relay relevant information within Discord to authorized staff or to an authorized payment-review service.

Users should not submit unnecessary financial account numbers, identity documents, passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information through Discord or the Services.

Operational information

• Service events, timestamps, command results, error details, security alerts, and identifiers associated with an operational, moderation, giveaway, support, payment, or security event.
• Records needed to detect abuse, investigate incidents, prevent duplicate rewards or payments, and maintain the Services.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Services.
• Create and administer accounts and provide game features.
• Link Discord accounts with Roat Pkz accounts after verification.
• Provide user-requested commands, account information, support, and notifications.
• Synchronize authorized staff, support, and donator roles.
• Operate giveaways, evaluate participation or eligibility, deliver rewards, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims.
• Record and respond to moderation actions, reports, disputes, and security incidents.
• Understand use of and improve the Services using aggregated or de-identified information where appropriate.
• Comply with Discord requirements and applicable legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

Where applicable, we rely on one or more of the following legal grounds: providing a service requested by the user, the user's consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing Roat Pkz, compliance with legal obligations, and establishing or defending legal claims.

3. Discord Message Content and Artificial Intelligence

The Bot accesses message content only where needed for its disclosed functions, such as designated support and donation-ticket automation, payment-review responses, attachments, embeds, and mention notifications. Message content may be processed transiently or relayed within Discord to the intended recipient or authorized staff.

We do not use Discord message content to train machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models. We do not sell Discord API data or provide it to data brokers or advertising networks.

4. When We Share Information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

• Authorized Roat Pkz staff who need access for support, moderation, account administration, payment review, security, or reward delivery.
• Discord because the Bot operates through Discord and sends or receives information using Discord's services.
• Roat Pkz systems, including game, account, shop, support, and reward systems, to provide the requested features.
• Service providers that supply hosting, databases, analytics, logging, notifications, email, customer support, content delivery, security, or payment-review services on our behalf.
• Authorities or other recipients when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, Roat Pkz, Discord, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or harm.

Service providers may process information only for the service they provide to us and subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations. We do not permit them to use Discord API data for their own advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use session, preference, and security cookies to operate the website, remember settings, and protect accounts and transactions. We may also use analytics services, including Google Analytics, to understand website traffic and improve the Services.

Users can control cookies through their browser settings. Blocking required cookies may prevent parts of the website from working. Information about Google's privacy practices and controls is available in the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Retention

We retain personal information only while reasonably necessary to provide active features, maintain accounts and links, deliver or audit purchases and rewards, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, satisfy accounting or legal requirements, and protect the security of the Services.

• Temporary Discord verification codes normally expire after approximately three minutes.
• In-memory counters, pending requests, and temporary caches are periodically cleared or replaced.
• Account and linked-account records are generally retained while the account or link remains active or while needed for pending support, purchases, or rewards.
• Message-activity, presence, giveaway, moderation, transaction, support, and operational records are retained only while necessary for the applicable feature, audit, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, accounting, or legal purpose.
• Message content processed for Discord ticket automation is not intentionally stored in the Bot's message-activity database. Copies sent or relayed as Discord messages remain subject to Discord's retention and deletion behavior.

When identifiable information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it. Information may be retained longer where required by law, needed to establish or defend legal claims, or necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or a security incident.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; withdraw consent for optional processing; object to or restrict certain processing; or request a portable copy of information they provided.

Users can remove themselves from a reaction-based Discord giveaway by removing their reaction. Users may avoid optional account-linking or ticket features by not using them. Some account, transaction, server-administration, anti-fraud, security, and moderation processing may still be necessary to operate and protect the Services.

To make a privacy request, email [email protected] or open a ticket through the Roat Pkz Support page. For a Discord Bot request, state that the request concerns the Roat Pkz Assistant Discord Bot and include your Discord user ID. Do not send a password or authentication code.

We may need to verify the request. Deleting information may prevent account access, account linking, role synchronization, pending purchase or reward delivery, or other features from working. We may retain limited information where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security purposes.

Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with a data-protection authority may also have the right to complain to that authority.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it for the purposes described in this policy.

No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Users should never provide Discord passwords, Roat Pkz passwords, authentication tokens, one-time login codes, full payment-card details, or unrelated identity documents to the Discord Bot.

9. International Processing

Roat Pkz, Discord, payment providers, and our service providers may process information in countries other than the user's country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to anyone under 13 or below the minimum age required by law or by Discord in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone prohibited from using the Services. Purchases may have additional age or parental-permission requirements under our Terms of Service.

If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to these requirements, contact us so that we can review and delete it where required.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to or interact with services we do not operate. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Discord's processing is governed by the Discord Privacy Policy and Discord Terms of Service.

The Roat Pkz Assistant Discord Bot is operated by Roat Pkz and is not created by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Discord Inc.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Services, our data practices, or applicable requirements change. We will update the date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, provide additional notice through the website, game, Discord server, or Bot.
