Six-digit code

REAL Players are online
Even if someone knows your log-in name and password, an untrusted login still requires your security code.
A unique code is created after you register and verify an email address on your account.
Entering the correct code trusts the IP address and MAC address you used to log in.
Each successful login from that trusted IP and MAC refreshes the 30-day trust period.
After you successfully enter your security code, that IP and MAC address combination is whitelisted for 30 days. Every successful login from the same trusted combination restarts the 30-day countdown, so devices you regularly use remain trusted.
When you reset your security code, all trusted IP and MAC address entries are removed. The next login from every device or location will require your new security code.
Registering and verifying your email activates account security and gives you a recovery method.
Log in to the game and enter ::setemail. Enter an email address that only you can access.
Open the verification email from Roat Pkz and follow its link. Check your junk or spam folder if it is not in your inbox.
After verification, we email your unique six-digit security code. Keep it private and store it somewhere secure.
Enter the code when you log in from an untrusted IP and MAC address. That combination will then be trusted for a rolling 30 days.
You may have registered and verified an email when creating or securing your account. Search your inbox for “Roat Pkz” to find the message containing your code.
Use Account Recovery to check your recovery options. If email recovery is unavailable, the page will guide you through manual recovery.
If you can access the verified email on your account, use Account Recovery to request a new security code.
Use Account Recovery to reset it. A new code will be sent to your verified email, and every existing IP and MAC whitelist will be cleared.
Open Account Recovery and choose the option for players who do not have access to, or do not remember, their registered email. It includes the manual recovery instructions you need.
No. A security code cannot be removed entirely. You can reset it and receive a new one whenever you still have access to your verified email.
The 30-day trust period is renewed whenever you successfully log in from the same trusted IP and MAC address. If that combination is not used for more than 30 days, you will need to enter the security code again.
Use the secure recovery page for a forgotten code, a code change, or help when you cannot access your registered email.
