Roat Pkz Refund & Chargeback Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2023

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases of game credits and virtual items on Roat Pkz are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not provide refunds, exchanges, or reimbursements once an order has been processed and delivered.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Game credits cannot be exchanged for real currency or refunded.
  • Virtual items are non-transferable and cannot be refunded once claimed in-game.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you are purchasing the correct item and amount before completing a transaction.

2. Exceptions for Faulty or Undelivered Items

Refunds or credits will only be considered in the following cases:

  • A virtual item or game credit purchase was not delivered due to a system error.
  • A purchased virtual item is corrupted or unusable due to a technical fault.

If you experience either of the above, you must report the issue to Roat Pkz within 24 hours of purchase by contacting [email protected]. Requests submitted after this period will be reviewed at our discretion.

If your claim is approved, a replacement or refund in the form of game credits will be issued. No real currency refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

3. Unauthorized Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or any other payment provider violates this policy and will result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your Roat Pkz account.
  • Permanent revocation of purchased game credits and virtual items.
  • Our right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of your purchase and account activity.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact our support team before initiating a dispute. We are happy to investigate and resolve any issues directly.

4. Accidental Purchases & Payment Processor Issues

Roat Pkz is not responsible for accidental purchases made by the user or technical faults occurring on third-party payment platforms. If you experience an issue with a payment processor (e.g., duplicate charge, failed transaction), you must contact the payment provider directly to resolve it.
